People who are using mobile broadband services of SingTel and StarHub will be happy to know that both the companies are going to launch their latest network which will provide super fast internet speed by the end of this year.
Both the companies made their announcements separately that they will be launching a 42 mbps mobile broadband network service which is twice as fast as the current speeds of 21 mbps that the companies are offering.

The costs of these broadband services are not available yet, but SingTel’s executive vice president for consumer announced that the connection won’t be charged much and would be very affordable for the mass user base. By saying this he added that “it won’t be a rich man’s toy”. There are a few hurdles in launching these products thus they will be launched only by the end of this year.

StarHub in a Process to increase Mobile Broadband Speeds

Another well known broadband providing company Telco StarHub has announced that they have finished tests which will be able to provide mobile broadband download speeds of up to 42.2megabits per second. They claim that this speed going to be double the current download speed available commercially now.
